I've spent the last couple of days getting things back up and running on the server (and took the opportunity to upgrade to Slackware64 13.0 in the process) and have FTP and Rsync access restored now.

You can access the FTP and Rsync sites via the following URIs:
ftp://ftp.slackware.org.uk/
rsync://rsync.slackware.org.uk/

HTTP access should also be restored very shortly.
